What can i do?

Got a new phone through ee and have an add on for xbox games pass ultimate. However in my confusion trying to FIND it i must of picked it again somehow. Now I have to games pass ultimate twice. Fortunately I need to activate the second one. 1. How am I able to do that when it won't allow me to remove it 2. How can I like the original add on to my console as I've not been provided with a code.
