Hi All,
When I Pre-ordered my Samsung S25 Ultra on launch day EE had a promotion running on the website stating if you pre-order any of the s25 range you will receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds3.
Since then the offer has vanished and no information has been passed to me about how I claim my buds which is all looking rather suspicious. 🤔
Luckily I got a screenshot before it disappeared....
I was wondering if anyone had also noticed this and had any information?

Still not had a text and I actually got my S25 on the 30th of Jan ...
Wonder what's going on as they have been pretty quick in the past

Still waiting to get my text voucher code as well. I assume they wait to make sure you actually pay your first bill or summit.

Hi All,
Has anybody recieved the proper link on a text to order the Galaxy Buds 3 with their S25 series yet? I was only asking because i got 2 texts one that said you will get a link to order your galaxy buds within 45 days then i got another text the next day saying within 28 days. I was only asking because i have had my S25 for 3 weeks and still not got the link to order yet. Im sure it will come but wondered if anyone has recieved the link yet?

Thanks for coming to the community.
You'd get the link to claim and a code when you have received the claim text, which would be up to 45 days. It may not take as long as that but we'd need to wait for it to arrive. If you've received the original texts to say you were eligible, you'll be in the system to receive the claim text.

Don't worry about the text being missed @SiHeaton. If it was the claim text that came through at that point, you can speak to our customer service guides after the claim period has passed and they'll be able to see it on your account and help you.
The offer is one directly from EE, rather than Samsung, so when you get the claim text it will direct you to the EE Store to claim your headphones.

Also had this offer, still haven't received an text about the buds.
To be clear I waited a week before asking CS rep and they told me it could be up to 28 days before I would receive a text for the claim.

The offer for the buds returned, the watch offer was separate.
When I ordered both offers were live.

When was it you order your new phone?
Was it a brand new contract or an upgrade? Did you take it on a business contract or a personal one?
