After going back and forth with samsung they are refusing to honor the offer now buds and watch as I have a discount on my account.
Unless this is rectified I will be returning my handset under the cooling off period.

I've never known Samsung block a gift with purchase that you redeem through them due to a plan discount - usually you just need to provide proof of purchase.
When was it you purchased your S25, and did you try to claim both the Watch and Buds at the same time?
