Pre-Order Samsung s25 get Free Buds 3 offer ?

Hi All,

When I Pre-ordered my Samsung S25 Ultra on launch day EE had a promotion running on the website stating if you pre-order any of the s25 range you will receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds3.

Since then the offer has vanished and no information has been passed to me about how I claim my buds which is all looking rather suspicious. 🤔

Luckily I got a screenshot before it disappeared.... 

I was wondering if anyone had also noticed this and had any information?

Just pre ordered in store, they said they have to fill in a form for me then they get delivered to my home address. Seems like a lot of misinformation surrounding this tho as I didn't even know

Hi George, I noticed and did exactly the same thing and took a screenshot. So you expect to receive a text message from EE once you receive the phone?

Once you receive your new device. You will have EE proof of purchase. To claim you will have to enter the document order number on paperwork. The link at samsung usually goes live once the s25 is out. I have claimed loads over the years.

Just received a message from EE for thanks for pre ordering the S25 ultra and will send a further text within 45 days in how to claim the the buds 3

Existing EE mobile customers can claim a set of Buds3 in Silver when purchasing an Samsung S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra handset, on any Consumer plan.

After receiving your handset, you'll be sent an SMS confirming eligibility & then another SMS within 28 days* of handset receipt which will include your unique claim code and link to make the claim.

(*Up to 45 days for devices purchased on 31st Jan onwards)

Hi, I haven't recieved any text from EE re claiming my earbuds. S25 ultra was delivered last week. Contacted Samsung directly and they knew nothing about it?

Believe it said something like "you'll receive a text in 45 days"
