Pre-Order Samsung s25 get Free Buds 3 offer ?

Hi All,

When I Pre-ordered my Samsung S25 Ultra on launch day EE had a promotion running on the website stating if you pre-order any of the s25 range you will receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds3.

Since then the offer has vanished and no information has been passed to me about how I claim my buds which is all looking rather suspicious. 🤔

Luckily I got a screenshot before it disappeared.... 

I was wondering if anyone had also noticed this and had any information?

Yes i got mine today aswell hopefully they will arrive tomorrow. At least
we know now they are ordered on the EE store like you were buying them.
Then input your personal code on the checkout under vouchers. Looking
forward to them

Received a txt this morning to follow a link and enter the promo code. Arriving between Tuesday- Thursday next week.

Wrong information given again!!

I rang EE CS and they said I am eligible as per the OP screenshot, its for new and existing customers.

I was sent my code within 24 hours of the call and have received my Buds.

Thanks to EE CS and a quick call to 150.
