Samsung refusing to honor s25 offer

After going back and forth with samsung they are refusing to honor the offer now buds and watch as I have a discount on my account. Unless this is rectified I will be returning my handset under the cooling off period.

I went to upgrade today but have been told that my NHS Perk is no longer valid for any plan that I can get for the Samsung S25 Ultra. I've been with EE for 11 years or so and I'm surprised that this perk has been withdrawn and customers not informed....
