Hey,
i selected the Netflix Add on as this is what I had before. I’ve just gone to use my Netflix it’s now saying I need to pay for it? And that my number isn’t linked to an account ? If I go to the ee.co.uk/netflix to activate it, it says it’s already activated? I’m confused as it’s not clearly

Welcome to the EE Community
If your Netflix account is showing no subscription but your activation link is showing already activated, it is best to give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can remove and re-add the Netflix extra for you which will then allow you to do a new activation to get it setup.
