My Account Ended And EE Still Hasnt Removed Them From Netflix

Hello,

How to I unlink EE from my netflix and MS Office 365 accounts?
My contract has ended.

I contacted EE support and EE complaints about this back in November and still they've not unlinked from my accounts.

EE kept telling me I need to contact Netflix / Microsoft Support. I contact Netflix and Microsoft support, they tell me I need to contact EE!
