Hi
Does anyone know how to successfully cancel an add on?
I have called, got left on hold, I have called again, they told me to contact another number, I have emailed, to the returns address, no AR as they said they would send, after a couple of tries, I found the form, filled it in and emariled it back, contact the on Twitter, LindedIn, Facebook - no replies, came on here, the ee website, no chat, no help desk, no email address to send to.
I have also sent in a complaint and now have had to make an appointment to go all the way into town, as the local one has closed.
Please can you advise, as I am trying to reduce my outgoings.
Many thanks in advanced - a very frustrated customer.

@Kaz6862 : Which add-on? Many add-ons you can cancel by a simple text to 150.

Thank you for your time, but I have done this, to no avail - I will have to go into town and cancel all my contracts with them today - thank you again!

You need to text 500INTL1 or 250INTL2 to 150, depending on which add-on you're looking for. Have a look at the link below for more information on inclusive countries.
