How do I activate Xbox game pass?

The link EE sent to me is,

Hi from EE. Thanks for adding Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Inclusive Extra. Please visit€e.co.uk/xboxto activate it.

Before anyone responds, Read exactly what’s posted, TWICE and notice the € in the message. If i copy and paste the link and change the € to ‘e’, this doesn’t work either. 

I googled the issue first and noticed multiple postings of this problem, but the responses from staff or people trying to be helpful, couldn’t comprehend EE being at fault.

Please post the correct Link, so I can activate the Pass correctly moving forward, Any other responses are a waste of everyone’s time.

Find it funny that it's easier to get assistance from fellow EE users rather than any of the community support, who for some reason give us the run around. Instantly switch off the moment they say stuff like "have you tried clearing your cache?"

This link works for me, but only on a laptop. The link sent via text doesn't work at all.

Hey there @WillD2, I'm glad to hear that you managed to get that sorted out via your laptop. 

What browser was it you were trying to do this in with your phone? 
I definitely want to make sure we feed this back.

Safari on an iPhone. Safari seems to struggle with lots of sites recently - assuming they’ve been doing dev updates or something.  
In terms of the text I received, the url was broken on mine too with a Euro sign. 
When I click the link, it obviously doesn’t work as it’s “e.co.uk” instead of EE, but when I manually enter the URL it loads the ‘page not found’ on the EE website.

If having the same issue, it is saying my game pass is active on my xbox and Microsoft account but not working at all.

I haven't been sent a link to activate when I upgraded.

Could anyone help with this?? 

I've managed to activate it using one of the links above. Why does it say its 1 month subscription? I thought it was for the duration of my contract?

The text message being sent to customers is still totally wrong for game pass activation!!! It's not even a proper URL! Please correct it 👍

How exactly is the URL formatted when this came through for you, and did you add the chargeable version or the inclusive extra?

Same as the original post advised! Please visit€e.co.uk/xboxto activate it. I used the activate URL someone else advised in this thread and that works fine. It's a plan inclusive add on 👍
