Hi there, the past two or so days I’ve been trying to activate my Xbox game pass which was added to my contract as an inclusive extra. However, I click the link and type in my number and complete the captcha, which then proceeds to say there’s an error when I try to progress, any ideas on what to do?

Can I check, are you on WiFi or mobile date when using the activation page? If you are on WiFi, can you give it a go on mobile data and see if that helps?
