Before anyone responds, Read exactly what’s posted, TWICE and notice the € in the message. If i copy and paste the link and change the € to ‘e’, this doesn’t work either.
I googled the issue first and noticed multiple postings of this problem, but the responses from staff or people trying to be helpful, couldn’t comprehend EE being at fault.
Please post the correct Link, so I can activate the Pass correctly moving forward, Any other responses are a waste of everyone’s time.

It doesn't sound like anything you are doing wrong. I'd recommend giving our team a call as it sounds like it may need some intervention from our side to sort it.
