Before anyone responds, Read exactly what’s posted, TWICE and notice the € in the message. If i copy and paste the link and change the € to ‘e’, this doesn’t work either.
I googled the issue first and noticed multiple postings of this problem, but the responses from staff or people trying to be helpful, couldn’t comprehend EE being at fault.
Please post the correct Link, so I can activate the Pass correctly moving forward, Any other responses are a waste of everyone’s time.

II'm having a similar problem, but the link I received sends me to my plans/subscriptions. I can get as far as the activation page from the links in this post, but it requests an EE mobile number, which I do not have. Surely I should be able to active the pass without having to have an EE number. Any suggestions much appreciated!

Isn't it mobile number or email that's linked with your EE account?

Unfortunately not. It states EE mobile only. Tried putting in email and it won’t take characters. Also tried using my non-EE number but it won’t let me proceed as it’s not an EE number.

Welcome to the EE Community
The ee.co.uk/xbox link is only for those who have it as part of there mobile plan. It sounds like you have it as part of your Broadband plan and have recieved the e-mail with the activation link. You have had your Broadband live for more than 14 days?
The link does as you say take you to your Plans and Subscriptions section. You would then select Manage Gaming and Add the pass from there. Are you unable to do this via the Manage Gaming section?

Hi Alex,
Yes, it is with my broadband that I have had for over a month. When I go to Manage, I don’t have a gaming option, just Bills, plans and orders. If I select gaming from the main menu it just takes me to the shop. I have an option to get a pass, but this also only takes me to the shop content.
I have tried accessing via mobile app and laptop. Mobile app doesn’t load my broadband plan even when not connected to WiFi.
I’m sure it’s user error, but I’m struggling to work out where to go next.

Thanks for confirming that @NezzaE, it sounds like you are doing everything right.
As for the app not showing your broadband details, is this happening all the time or just when trying the Games Pass set up?

Hi Lesley,
It only happens in app if I select the manage icon. Selecting bills, subscriptions or orders takes me to the relevant info. When I select the manage icon it says the plan can’t be displayed. Everything seems fine if I log in via web too.

It was 17th November. I had the text about the game pass on 12th December.
