Ex armed forces Problem with revalidation

I had problems joining ee perks as ex armed forces 2 years ago as ee didn’t recognise any discharge certificates that armed forces receive even a pension letter. I eventually got it resolved, but have come up with a similar problem again. They want me to revalidate after 2 years but want a company email and a company ID photo which don’t exist for me. Any suggestions?

Welcome back to the Community @W135966y

Perk discounts do now require revalidation each upgrade.

As a veteran you can register for EE Perk by uploading one of the following proofs along with your personal email address to the Perk Portal:

•        Certificate of service

•        Certificate of discharge (discharge papers)

•        Armed forces pension

This can be done by going to the EE Perk Registration page using your own mobile device browser, clicking on the “Perk Portal “ link which will then take you to the registration page.

The Perk team will then check over and complete the registration.

If you use the documents that were accepted last time it would be helpful

I have been having issues with mine and what they'd accept. They say they won't accept the Veterans ID card as that doesn't have the same name.

I sent in my Cert of Service (as recommended) which of course does have my name correct and they also rejected that. Christopher on the team here has clarified that the Perks team has confirmed Vets ARE eligible but if you can't get your docs accepted what chance do you have?

I raised this firstly back in June and its still ongoing, I know I'm not the only one!
