Billing for New EE broadband customer

I have just switched over to EE broadband from BT. I have an email to say my first bill is ready to look at all I need to do is click on view my bill. The info says to click on Manage - it then says click on billing. I have followed that on my laptop but Billing isn't there to click on. So did it the other way by downloading the app on my phone (as it suggests) followed the same thing it says - click on Manage then click on Billing and guess what there's not Billing box to click on. Anyone any ideas on how to find both the Billing on my phone or my laptop???

Thanks for coming to the community.

It sounds like the account may not be linked to your online EE account.

Are you able to see any other details for your broadband account under Manage then Broadband?
