Send compliment

Hi, 

Just had a really lovely chat with an agent from Newcastle - who was checking in to see how my services are, what EE could do to make things better etc. 

Is there a way to pass on some praise / a compliment? He was really outstanding. I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten his name - but hopefully he's logged against my account. I can't find a way to send give feedback on the EE site.

It is great to hear that you received such great service. We always love to hear of when our guides have been stars.

You sometimes get a text survey after the call, which would go to the guide you spoke to, but if not, I've popped you over a private message to help to track him down.
