Did you receive any emails from our perk team to re-validate the account? There should be a link to validate your details and activate the account.

Hi.

Can you help.me also please.

I've tried to reset my Perks password as I can't remember it but the reset email is just not coming through??  Someone ringing me soon from EE to add the NHS 20% code to my account as that didn't work either from Blue light card??

You would need a perk code to add the discount, how long ago did you last log into the perk account? 

Did you originally register using a work or personal email address?

Can't remember when I last tried to log in.
It's my personal email.
EE phone guide was unable to help either.
Suggested contacting works HR but they won't have a clue.

Have you had an email from the perk team to re-validate your details since you last logged in? 

This may be in the junk/spam email folder.

Have you checked your spam/junk email folder, @Shepton11?

The email would be sent to the email address you use to log in to the Perk portal (usually your work email).
