Hi
my EE perks account has been deactivated. I called 150 and was told this could not be done on the phone. Please can my EE perks account be reactivated? I did not complete the original NHS verification in time.

I'm having the same problem. I've been using EE perks for years but not used for 2 years. Tried to use it again when upgrading but kept getting account deactivated. I tried to re-register but it recognised my work email address. I tried to change password but it wouldn't allow me to do this. I have called 150 a couple of times and getting transferred around different departments all saying it's not them that deal with this. Can someone please help

Hi, I have exactly the same issue; it's deactivated, but it says the work email is registered already.
