So today i got a text offering
nice deal, however when i clicked on the link, no such offer existed. Went to the help line, apparently they can't find the offer and it must have been a limited time offer. Limited time offer of 2 hours? From a text that says i have 30 days to redeem it? o
So i asked to put in a official complaint for false advertising, apparently EE has no complaint system? Either EE's advisors are talking nonsense cause they know they've messed up or something is very wrong here.

@Nadessico I suspect you cannot find that offer online once you login is because all EE tariffs online are flex pay tariffs at present and the one in the image isn’t. Thats a standard tariff/device plan. Customer service are the only ones at present who can still offer these tariff types.

issue is when i contact customer service they deny it's existence and want nothing to do with it.
