Hello I am trying to get a reset password email for my ee perks but I am not getting anything and it doesn’t let me login into my account. I am due for an upgrade and I need the code. Can someone please help

Hello I am also having trouble in signing in to my perks. I've asked for a password reset and nothing.. I've been told I have 30 days to get the code to add to my account. Can you help?
