I'm having the same problem, unable to log into perks and no password reset emails are coming through. I tried ringing 150 but was told to contact the EE perks portal but he could find the number. Who do I contact?

I am also having the same issue, not receiving the password reset emails and one minute it's telling me I'm registered with my personal email address and won't accept my NHS email and the next it tells me the opposite

I am having similar issues. It tells me:
ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
I know this is not the case as I have previously used the service for codes. There is no way to contact the Perks Team, can someone help
