Apple Music Inclusive Extra on Pixel

Been using a Pixel 7 with my inclusive extra being Apple Music. Just upgraded to Pixel 9 pro on the All Rounder plan. The only inclusive extras showing are Netflix and Google One. How can I choose Apple Music? Sending Pick to 150 only gives Netflix and Google options, same when using the website.  I did check with the EE store before upgrading and was told I could continue with Apple Music....how do I do this? @

Hi Chris, thanks for your help, all resolved now. Spoke with CS who added Apple Music on as an inclusive extra. If you look at Inclusive Extras on the website there are a few to choose from, it does not state they are specific to the handset, but just think the systems think if you choose an android device you wouldn't want apple music so not an option to add. But as I said all resolved now with some help from CS.

@WinstonB  It’s not an option unless you have the Apple unlimited all rounder tariff and you don’t get that with a pixel phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks @Chris_B but that's not correct. Apple Music is listed as an option on the website as an Inclusive Extra for the All Rounder plans, I have it currently on a pixel, but just upgraded and can't seem to add it back in...but it's definitely an option. Might have to give CS a call in the morning....

@WinstonB   Here the device

here’s the tariff

 This is what I see and get when I go through ordering that device and tariff.        It’s not an inclusive extra.

Or do you mean the 6 month free offer of apple music as per this

You say it’s listed on the website please provide a link to that.

What you did have isn’t what you necessarily can have now.  There was a time you could and as you say you’ve just upgraded so what you had then doesn’t mean you can now as it’s a new contract term.
