Inclusive Extras not available after upgrade

Hi, I am hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. 

I have just upgraded my SIMO plan to the Full Works package. With this, it states I get one inclusive extra like Google One AI.

When I go into my account and to the add-ons/extra tab, it appears as though I don't have anything to choose and it reads like I don't get one. 

Am I missing something, or is there a delay before I can choose my extra after an upgrade.

I am somewhat glad to see it isn't just an error on my part, but very frustrating that this is a thing which is happening to everyone!

Thanks for coming to the community.
I'd recommend speaking to our customer support guides, they will be able to access your account to check your plan and any inclusive extras. If needed, they can get a ticket raised if they can't get the inclusive extras added for you.
