This new app is rubbish and absolutely hard to deal with and my phone signal is absolutely rubbish also I still can't make no phone calls or receive them I have very important people that need to get in contact with me and can't and this is the only way they can I very angry because this is and has been a battle on and off throughout my contract with you's and you guys keep saying your the best my backside your the best no where near what you saying and getting for my money I've been with you seen 2022

@Kelsie95  you do have the option to use Wi-Fi calling.
