The app is literally down everytime I try to use it. Either technical issues or is “being improved” I use the app to control my kids WiFi so if Im not getting use out the full service why should I pay for full use!!! Its becoming a joke now

@Amazon86 if EE needs to do account maintenance this will affect the app as the app is a link to your account. EE do account Maintance late at night when it’ll not affect the vast majority of customers.

Just to add to what Chris B has mentioned, please could you check if there are any updates to the EE app then try to access it again.
