Occasionally our systems will go down for maintenance overnight at which time you wont be able to access your online account. You should be able to access your account again now.
If you are still getting the account closed message rather than being able to manage your account, that would suggest that your online account has an old account linked to it that will need to be removed by calling our customer service.
