This is a warning to anybody who is looking to add apple music as an inclusive benefit - it doesn't work (particularly if you have an Android device). If you get an activation link to activate your subscription, Apple won't grant access through EE. This is something that needs sorting out a.s.a.p as it was a big part in my decision to leave my previous provider. I joined last week and I still don't have access to the benefit.

Hi @Al94Mf
Thanks for for coming to the community.

Thanks @Al94Mf
Have you had the free offer previously?
Or, did you have Apple Music as an Inclusive Extra?
Leanne.

Thanks @Al94Mf
If your SIM pay monthly plan includes Inclusive Extras, then you’ll be able to add Apple Music as one of these. Or, if your plan gives you the option to add Apple One, this includes Apple Music.
Leanne.

OK had all the same problems everyone mentioned and was getting annoyed. I have an Android phone (Google PIxel) and I managed to get the problem sorted by installing the Apple Music app from the Google Play store and then trying to redeem the offer, the app then opened and allowed me to continue.
I hope this helps it should be simpler but this seemed to work for me
