Hi,
My previous subscription with apple ended yesterday however my new benefit with apple music isn't activating when I work through the activation link - all I get is the chance to renew for £10.99 per month! Is there a reset process so I can get a new link to activate this benefit?

Welcome to the community.
Was your previous subscription billed by Apple previously? If it was, and it has ended, you should be able to select it as your inclusive extra on your EE Online account or through the EE App. That would send the link through to your phone to set it up.
Is it showing as an active inclusive extra in your account/app?

Hi Chris,
Many thanks for responding. Yes, I had a subscription that was previously billed by Apple. This ended yesterday so I have gone in to activate the inclusive extra but nothing happens via the link that was texted out. I have checked my account and all 3 inclusive extras on my plan are showing as being active.
