Full Works benefits queries

I'm a current EE customer and my contract is shortly ending. I'm looking at staying with EE and going SIM only (as I regularly change devices). It's been a few years since I had a new contract so the offerings now are very different to what they were. Hence the following questions.

1) With the Full Works plan can you change your inclusive benefit. I.E if I went with TNT but later decided I wanted to change to Google One is that possible? If so what, if any restrictions are there on this?

2) I believe you get watch data with this plan. Am I correct in assuming that means so long as your watch has it's own cellular connection and is appropriately registered with EE I can use it as a standalone device? Does it matter if I change my watch (I.E is it a case of whatever watch you registered or activated you're stuck with for this perk for 2 years or can I change my watch and just deactivate the old one on favour of the new one at any point?).

3) Are customers able to switch between the normal Full Works and the Apple version and is the only difference that one has a Google specific inclusive benefit and the other has an Apple one? E.G If I currently have an Android phone I might want the Google One benefit but if during the 24 month contract I got an iPhone I might want the Apple equivalent?

4) Are customers able to purchase additional benefits E.G if a customer wanted say TNT and Google One could they get both via EE at any kind of discounted rate or is it limited to one via EE then just paying the normal price the relevant provider charges?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @Chris5626,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community 🙂

Just to build on the answers already given by @Schockwave

2. If you got a new watch you would just need to call us on 150 to have the data plan moved from your old watch to your new watch.

3. You would not be able to continuously switch between the plan versions every month or anything like that, but if like in your scenario you switched to an iPhone and wanted to switch to the iPhone version, give us a call on 150 and we can help switch the plan.

It is only the available inclusive extras that are different between the two Full Works plans. EU and beyond roaming, VIP connection, uncapped speeds and free watch data are both the same across the two. iPhone has choice of Apple One or TNT Sports. And the other version has Netflix, TNT Sports, Xbox Game pass or Google One available.

4. Some of the inclusive extras are available to buy as chargeable add-ons but not all. Google One for example is only available as an inclusive extra, so you would have to select that plan type to get it. TNT Sports and the Xbox game pass are available as a separate chargeable add-ons across both versions

@Chris5626 , 1. You can switch between the inclusive benefits, just once a month.

2. The watch is inclusive and yes, can be used as standalone device, so long as you have the phone. Not sure about upgrading , as it will depend how long you have the watch for.

3.Not sure about that either.

4. Yes you can purchase an additional benefit, they show up once you have upgraded and can see extra add-ons.

On Apple it is TNT sports and XBox Games if you have chosen Apple One. Hope that helps
