Changes to the full works plan

Looked to upgrade last week and it was still the 3 benefits and go to do it today and it’s just the 1. I know people are saying but the roaming is included but I use Apple Music and Netflix on my plan. It’s been the only reason I was staying with EE as it was a great package and no other service provider could match it. Now it seems like I may have to look elsewhere. Is this something EE are going to revert back to or just face that they are going to now lose customers?

Hello @Treesap ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried speaking to customer service? I do not have the full works, so no idea, nor am I upgrading at present., so have not taken a look, but could just be temporary, as cannot understand why they would change it to just one add on.

@Treesap  As EE have restructured their tariffs to now what’s available I very much doubt it’ll come back or they’ll still be there.

Also annoyed with this plan restructure. I was very close to biting the bullet on the Full Works with a new iPhone, but it seems "Full Works" that included Netflix Premium is now gone and it's the only one I wanted. I do not want the "Full Works for iPhone" plan as it sucks. I don't use most of apples services so Apple One is wasteful. I don't like Sports either.

Literally Netflix Premium is all I care about and apparently I have to buy an Android to get it 😕

I’ve just seen these changes too.

I assume that if I don’t change my plan I lose these benefits?

im very confused - fortunately its one month rolling so I guess I can just - leave.

considering I still can’t order EETV it’s looking like sky is one of the better options out there. Which is wild.

@Deadlyhifi , if you do not change your plan and stay on the one you have, you will not lose your benefits, they will still stay, as long as you keep the plan you have, it is only the ones that upgrade to the full works, although you can get it as an extra add-on on a monthly cost

I am also now running down my contract due to this and the fact that to upgrade I have to hand my phone back and pay an early upgrade fee of £100. A few weeks ago Google was running a promotion where they gave an extra £200 to trade your old Pixel in so I was offered £592 for my Pixel 8 Pro and it was only £999 for the Pixel 9 Pro but EE still wanted £86 a month plus a £100 upgrade fee and I'd lose 2 swappable benefits for the pleasure. I have a friend on the o2 equivalent and they can go and swap their phone every 90 days, no fees and no fuss.

I was told by an EE chap on the phone that EE don’t really care about the forums because it’s the minority that go on them to complain. The rest of the customers are happy. Paraphrasing perhaps. But that was his message.

This was following a discussion related to this - which was answered far more effectively by the person who replied to me previously.
