Changes to the full works plan

Looked to upgrade last week and it was still the 3 benefits and go to do it today and it’s just the 1. I know people are saying but the roaming is included but I use Apple Music and Netflix on my plan. It’s been the only reason I was staying with EE as it was a great package and no other service provider could match it. Now it seems like I may have to look elsewhere. Is this something EE are going to revert back to or just face that they are going to now lose customers?

@Deadlyhifi   With that agent saying EE don’t really care about the forums I can argue the difference the main one being this is a forum maintained and operated by EE.   And I’m sure @James_B  wouldn’t be to impressed with that comment.
