Hello all,
Hope you can help me. I can see this is a common issue. I am unable to reset my password for my ee perks account as none of the emails are coming through after trying multiple times. I know it recognises my email as it says it has sent the email and is the email I have had emails to from ee perks before.
Please can someone help me reset my password as my partner needs a new phone.

Does the perk account show as deactivated when you log in?
Have you checked your spam and junk email folders?

It just says invalid login details and o have checked all junk and spam
folders.

Are you using the same email you registered for a perk account? If this was a work email, has this been changed at all?
