Hi,
my new sim only plan started today, and I can’t seem to get my apple subscription from my smart benefit working. I cancelled my current Apple Music subscription, when I clicked the link I got to activate my Apple Music smart benefit it seemed to work and connect my phone to my to the plan. However, when I view my subscription it still says expiring on the 17th of Jan.
When I click EE plan benefits in the Apple Music app it states ‘Your mobile plan does not include any new subscriptions to Apple services’. However, when I look at my EE benefits it says Apple Music is active.
I’ve seen that other people have had issues getting it to work and was wondering what the solution was. Do I need to call 150 and ask them to remove and re-add the benefit?

Hi @Nightfate
It sounds like your subscription with Apple directly is still going until 17th January. Once that is fully cancelled, you'll be able to set up the smart benefit.
Are you still getting access to your Apple Music?

Yes I still have access to Apple Music on my student plan, however that expires on the 17th of Jan. Will the ee plan benefit come into effect after that ends then?
- Thanks

Yes, it should, @Nightfate. You may need to follow the EE Apple Music setup process again then though.
