Add-ons page not working and unable to buy roaming package

I am in Belgium currently and need to buy an EU roaming addon for my pay-as-you go monthly package. When I go to the page on my account it’s saying the page isn’t working, and has been saying this since yesterday.

Is there an alternative way of buying the roaming addon or can someone advise when the site will be fixed?

Since this has been going on for months, and there is no resolution coming, just text the following to 150 (you will need available credit to actually buy the add-on you need):

ADD ON - Get list of data, text or minutes add-ons
ADD TEXTS - Get options to buy texts add-on
ADD MINS -Get options to buy minutes add-on
ADD DATA - Get options to buy data add-on
ADD INT - Get options to buy minutes and data when abroad.

Don't be surprised when some of the options will not be recognised (e.g. I can't buy 200 texts for a day).

This is still happening . It's a joke to get people to pay more by calling ee at extortionate rates.

Still happening here, I am in Madeira at the moment and had to call 150 to get the roam pack addon. It’s been like this since MAY!

Oh and just to add the CS assistant had no idea why it wasn’t working.

I am on monthly payments and have the same issue where I cannot add roaming package to my plan.

Are you already abroad, or are you travelling soon? 
Where is it you're visiting as well?

With most roaming passes, it's something you'll need to add once you've arrived.

I am going to Poland this Friday and just wanted to make sure my pass is set beforehand as I am driving through multiple countries. ( France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany )

Are you pay as you go or a pay monthly customer?

If you are a contracted pay monthly customer please ensure you have activated roaming before leaving the UK. 

You can do this by texting ROAMING to 150. 

When you arrive at your first destination you will receive a welcome text that will contain a link for you to purchase your add-on/roaming pass.

I have activated Roaming by texting 150, however when I spoke with my colleague who is also with EE and going to Spain for Xmas, he was able to add the roaming pass to his account prior to leaving
