Add-ons page not working and unable to buy roaming package

I am in Belgium currently and need to buy an EU roaming addon for my pay-as-you go monthly package. When I go to the page on my account it’s saying the page isn’t working, and has been saying this since yesterday.

Is there an alternative way of buying the roaming addon or can someone advise when the site will be fixed?

Hi @Wryip. 

The best way to set this up would be to click on the link your receive when you have arrived at your destination. 

Alternatively, you can text TRAVEL to 150.
