Billing for Full Works package

I joined EE from BT last month. I arranged the Full Works package over the phone at an introductory offer of £25 a month from 3 months. My bill received yesterday shows a Full Works charge of £80 plus an unknown additional charge I know nothing about.

  • The bill is incorrect. For example I have an earlier EE e mail confirming Netflhx activated fir £0.00. I should only be paying £25 a month on top of my standard broadband and phone add on for calls anytime.

Your bill should show a breakdown. 

If you're unsure then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

The bill is indeed broken down including a Netflix charge where I have a previous e mail confirming £0.00
