Can't register EE perks

Hi,
I am trying to register for EE perks with my NHS email address. I have tried to send the email twice but nothing is coming through. Is there a way to fix this?
Alternatively I saw that you can also use your work ID to register - I don't have one as I work from home, but I do have a blue light card, would this count?

Welcome to the community!
Have you checked any junk/spam folders to see if your validation link is hiding there? Sometimes emails like this are blocked by work IT departments, is there any chance you can check with them too?
If you use a personal email address you must also upload a valid work ID I'm afraid, as Blue Light won't have all the details we need.

Hi Linzi,
Thank you for your reply that's very helpful. My IT department can unblock the email address so that it comes through, can you let me know what email address it would be coming from please?
Also in the meantime if I upgrade to a new contract now, am I able to use the discounts retrospectively?

@Shev000 The e-mail address the validation e-mail will come from, to verify your work e-mail address is EEPerk@perk.ee.co.uk
The Perk code can be applied within the first 30 days of a contract, as long as it is an eligible plan for the perk discount. You can find more information on the eligibility at the bottom of this page here Perks, Discounts & Customer Benefits | EE
