I took out a Full Works SIM only contract over the phone and chose Netflix as my add on...
But how do I actually get that? I haven't had any information that mentioned Netflix, what do I do?

Thanks for coming back to us.
If you have the Full Works for iPhone plan, this would not include Netflix.
If you requested the Android plan for Netflix to be included as an Inclusive Extra, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂

When you add Netflix to your account, you should receive a text with a link to get this activated and linked with a Netflix account.
Once you receive your SIM you should see quite a few messages come through, so I'd check through everything so you can be sure you don't miss it.

May have to choose the benefit again by going into your app or texting PICK to 150.

One thing I notice, I specifically requested the Full Works for android, because I wanted the Netflix option, but in the app, it says this:
This is a SIM only plan and I’ve never told them i have an iPhone - how do they know…?!

If you go to Manage > Mobile & SIMs > See all addons and Inclusive Extras
it should appear at the top allowing you to choose/change the Extra you have selected.
