I used to be able to top up my account easily from my phone, the last few months have been a disaster.
Cannot get to the top up page , if I do finally get to payment page it asks for the CVV number of my card but does not allow any input into the box provided
Keep getting messages "No Signal" or "No Internet" when every other thing on my phone is working normally
The App is a total disaster, I want to top up my phone not go through a dead end process.
Time to move on

Does the same happen if you try and top up using the My EE account online?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling?
