reciveing calls out side of the uk

Hi,

Could someone please help me I am in the USA, and I am unable to receive incoming calls from the UK. Could someone tell me why this is? is it something I need to do to the phone or do I need to buy an international plan? I don't need international plan for data as using Wi-Fi.

I have a Galaxy Samsung S21.

this is one of my problems I can not call out either number does not connect I have tried to call 150 and +44 7953966160.

I am sorry this would need to be from another phone or a third party calling app to speak to our mobile guides and get your account looked into.

This doesn't seem right, EE should have live chat so this can be another option for people to get in touch.

@Charlene000 , if you have something like Skype, which you can use for free, you can ring customer service for free on their free number:

There is live chat via the EE App when someone is available and you are on contract with EE.
