how can I speak with EE costumer service via Skype?

I have red someone else could speak with EE costumer service via Skype, I can´t call to the free number in UK because my phone it seems to be unable to send or make even free calls

Just for future reference, you can only WhatsApp someone else who has WhatsApp - EECS does not have that feature.
With Skype you can link into the telephone network, although for some calls you will have to pay. Both apps can work over a Wi-Fi network.

Of course! I forget that! EE would also need to be on WhatsApp whereas with Skype the recipient only needs to be on the phone, not needing Skype itself.
So, @dosanimales1973 , it's Skype you need to be using, not WhatsApp.
