GoPro 2FA code not being received

I have stopped receiving GoPro 2FA codes on my EE phone,  I last received them in January 2024 without any problem, have EE changed anything since then?  Can EE change settings so that GoPro 2FA codes are not being blocked?

Resolved! Using subscription pack in USA

I have a subscription pack (data + minutes) that I use in the UK. Is it possible to use this in the US as well, or do I have to buy separate day add-ons?

Travelling in the us

I’m currently in the US and I didn’t turn on roaming before leaving so now I can’t text or call and therefor can’t get in contact with EE how can I resolve this?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have the exact same problem, which results in numerous calls not getting through to my phone, as the EE mobile signal is nonexistent in my house. WiFi calling is essential for us. 

EE Spend Cap Issue

I am currently abroad in France and forgot to increase my spend cap before leaving the UK. Phone calls, mobile data and outbound texts have been disabled, and I am unable to contact EE on the 150 number. There doesn't appear to be a facility on My EE...

Hi, can I activate my Roam Abroad pass out with the UK? Also, I don't want to get charged for 2 months, so if I cancel it a few days later, will it still be active for the remainder of the month? Thanks
