I’m currently in the USA and my phone will not make calls I have paid for the extra calls and data but my phone still is not able to make calls

5G coverage

I have three devices on re plus broadband  the 5G used to be great but has gotten worse over time I was 3 miles from home and could not call my wife or son who are bothe with re that is so bad

I am struggling to access my roaming that I purchased as an add on, im currently away but cant even send texts to ee to see of its activated what can I do.

I’m currently in Africa, Malawi and my EE sim is saying no service. Last year I was helped when this happened but I forgot how. Can someone help as I need to turn it on to make and receive calls
