Can you post a Photomojii on Google messages without being charged as a picture

@JCVJam : Anything you do on Google Messages uses data. It does not charge it as a Picture Msg. That's only when you send pix attached or embedded in a text.

@XRaySpeX , this is my point & why I  am unsure! Does a Photomojii count as just a emoji or as a picture? I understand if it is considered the latter that I'll be charged. Many thanks for your reply & help.

It counts as neither when it's sent over Google Messages! It just consumes your data & incurs no charges.
