Does your phone show VoLTE/4G-calling when this happens? Or are you using 2G/3G service?

And is this in one specific location, or different ones?

@annegle  On your iPhone go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch and make sure “Prevent Lock To End Call” is enabled.  This means the lock button will not end the call.  Many people think they have been cut off but they are actually pressing the lock button on the device when on a call so ending the call that’s why Apple introduced this with iOS 16

It’s a combination. It can be when I’m on speaker-or not- mainly in the same area. But also told I sound like underwater. The bars on network is usually low. I’ve not noticed if it’s gone to 4g.  I’m more concerned it was happening on my old phone, just bought a new one and it’s still happening. Is this a known ee problem?

Did you check that setting that @Chris_B mentioned, @annegle?
Chris

Yes I did. I know it’s not that as it also happens when on speaker / hands free.

Are there any maintenance works listed in your area, @annegle?
