Resolved! EU roaming

Hi I’m going to Turkey in July. Part of my contract add ons is a £2.29 roaming charge a day for EU but does that apply to turkey too?

Hi,I have EE account for UK use - i am currently working in middle east - is there an add on to allow use of EE to allow phone calls back to UK.

I don't understand the new roaming charges and system.    WE used to pay a flat fee of 310 when we were away for a month and then cancelled it when we can back.  Now we have opted for roaming and we've been away, do we have to pt out on our return?

Am in Colombia - how do I set up my phone ?

Hi I am in Colombia and forgot to do the 150 to ROAMING before I left . Please help as I use to need to use my phone for calls ,data, etc The travel pass has been activated on my account.Thanks

Hi. We’ve just got to Paris. I set up my roaming but I’ve got no signal. I’m currently being hotspotted to be able to use this website. I’ve tried turning aeroplane mode on and off and also switching my phone on and off. Can you help?
