For over a month now, my phone will not connect to the EE wifi on the tube. I’ve already forgotten the network, restarted my phone several times in and out of the tube, tried reconnecting, etc. I’m on a pay as you go service. Is there anything else I can try?

@Nicole999 - Have you recently topped up your account with £5 within the last 30 days? You could try texting WiFi to 150?

Is this in a station that has overlapping WiFi & mobile coverage?
