Hi,
A few weeks ago, I noticed that ALL other networks had coverage inside Kennington tube station in London, however, EE doesn't. I contacted EE support and got an agent who wasn't even aware that the 4G/5G rollout was happening.
Eventually, she referred me to this page: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/using-phone-features/ee-mobile-coverage-on-the-london-underg...
As someone taking the Northern line daily, I can 100% confirm this page is NOT up-to-date, and many more stations have coverage, especially on the Northern line, south London.
It doesn't even match the coverage described by the TfL: https://tfl.gov.uk/campaign/station-wifi#on-this-page-0
To recap:
- EE's information about their own 4G/5G coverage inside the London Underground is incorrect
- Kennington tube station, marked as covered by the TfL website, has mobile network with O2, Vodafone and Three but not EE
- EE tech support on the phone was not helpful as they don't have the correct information/cannot raise the issue
Any advice on how to raise this with someone who can create a case for this?

No huge surprise about CS not being up-to-date with the TFL coverage rollout.
Use the coverage checker in the first instance - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker > Follow "check service status" > "Report a problem"
Edited to add that TFL's "current" map is still dated April 2025 and Kennington is not listed. I presume this station was a late May activation, from your description.

Thanks, I followed the "report a problem" you suggested.
Actually the TfL map doesn't match the list they provide on that same page, so nothing is up-to-date:
Looking at the map, it wasn't updated since Dec 2024
I've seen coverage with Vodafone (with my work phone) there for more than a month, at least.

Hi @dvllio.
Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community 😊
I've flagged the details around the coverage page to the relevant team so we can make sure this is brought up to date moving forwards.
When it comes to Kennington, I can't say for sure when this will go live, but we're continuing to expand our coverage on the Underground.
Often we'll activate the mobile service across multiple nearby stations and the tunnels at the same time rather than gradually, as this ensures we have a more consistent level of coverage.

Thanks.
Make sure to tell to use the actual copy on this page https://tfl.gov.uk/campaign/station-wifi#on-this-page-0 but not the map, which TfL confirmed is not up-to-date when I reached out to them on Twitter.
Regarding Kennington, I can 100% confirm that 4G/5G is available with O2, Vodafone and Three on the tube platform.
I can also confirm that EE starts working as soon as I reach Oval (1 station away), heading southbound.
