I’m continuously have problems with accessing data at London Bridge Station and the immediate surrounding area.
This includes the National Rail platforms (outdoors), the main concourse (indoors), and the public road (outdoors).
It makes meeting-up and coordinating with friends difficult, as well as for general directions going out of the station.
It’s not slow data, but no data access at all. I presume it’s because of the amount of footfall, but really something needs to be done.
I would be interested to know if you’ve had similar experiences.

Is this a recent problem? And do the symptoms vary based on time of day/day of week?
There are several micro & pico-cells in that area, to help with capacity requirements.

Hi @WaterWheel
Do you not pick up the EE WiFi.
The 5G SA does improve coverage a bit but from my experience is still hit and miss.
Thanks

Interestingly, I visited there at an unusual time today for me (late Sunday afternoon when the station was empty), and I was getting speeds in excess of 100Mbps. So it must be related to capacity

Unfortunately not. I believe it’s only available on the London Underground section of the station (below surface level). Would be interested to know whether SA 5G will face strain in the future once it’s rolled out to more handsets.

Yes this is for me also but on the actual jubilee line. There is no signal whatsoever from London Bridge onwards westbound. You cannot use your mobile data at all but other services are able to.
