No network in usa

Landed in miami no network.  Roaming is on , I visited the salon twice before going to avoid mistakes.  Do not ask me to go to app or switch the phon on off . I need help !

Hi! im going away on the 24th but my monthly subscription restarts on the 27th. If I buy the Roaming Abroad pass, and go away for 10 days on the 24th, will I be charged twice for it? thanks!
